Processing and Protection of Personal Data

As ayintapglobal, we would like to emphasize our sensitivity regarding the security of your personal data. In accordance with Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK), the personal data of potential customers associated with our company and all individuals using our web/mobile site are collected, processed, and stored in compliance with KVKK principles under our capacity as Data Controller. All information within the scope of our obligation to inform is outlined below.

Purpose of Collecting and Processing Personal Data

Your personal data may be collected and processed automatically or verbally through our offices, call center, web/mobile site, e-mail, social media channels, and similar means through which you contact our company. The personal data collected (such as your Turkish ID Number, ID serial/number, place/date of birth, name/surname, e-mail address, phone number, and address) may be processed for the following purposes:

• To enable you to benefit from the services offered on our web/mobile platforms at the highest level,

• To improve, update, and respond to the infrastructure, support, sales, and similar services offered by our company,

• To record communication information to enable effective communication with our customers regarding our services,

• For the establishment, validity, and termination of employment agreements,

• For invoicing purposes, your identification and contact information, and if payment is made by credit card, your credit card information (credit card details are entered solely through intermediary payment institutions and are not stored by our company),

• For market research, advertising, marketing, promotions, and campaigns in line with the data processing purpose,

• If you use our infrastructure, the data generated by your sales, the information you enter while using the system, and the data you create to operate your e-commerce site,

• To fulfill legal obligations and manage legal processes regarding disputes,

• To inform our customers about our services through our business partners,

• To respond to your questions electronically, via e-mail, support systems, or verbally within the scope of the data processing rules and purposes specified under Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK.

Upon the Establishment of an Electronic Commerce Agreement:

• Your identification information (name, surname, date/place of birth, Turkish ID Number),

• Your contact information (full address, e-mail address, telephone number),

• If you request an invoice, the information you provide (Turkish ID Number, Tax Identification Number, Tax Office),

• If paying by credit card, processing of your data to be transferred to the payment institution,

• If selecting bank transfer as the payment method, your bank IBAN and banking details.

If You Are a User:

• Your unique username and password,

• Records of services provided by our company (request and complaint management),

• Records created through forms related to your complaints,

• If you are a user, data regarding your customers stored solely for infrastructure operation purposes by ayintapglobal as a data processor within the electronic commerce system we provide,

• Your contact data processed to send commercial communications so you can benefit from opportunities and campaigns as a tradesperson or merchant.

Transfer of Personal Data and Purpose of Transfer

Within the scope of our company’s activities, your personal data may be shared, directly or indirectly, with domestic or international business partners, cloud service providers for data storage, payment intermediaries providing payment technologies, contracted banks, agencies for promotional, advertising, and electronic communications, as well as legal, financial, and tax consultants and other third parties and business partners. As the data controller, we exercise the necessary legal diligence and clearly specify for what purposes and to whom your personal data is transferred. Individuals who provide their personal data to our company are deemed to have given explicit consent regarding such transfer.

Method and Legal Grounds for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is collected and processed electronically, in writing, or verbally by our company for the purposes described above. It is collected and processed to fulfill all legal obligations and contractual requirements within the legal framework of the services we provide.

Your Rights Under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data

You have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed,

• Request information regarding processed personal data,

• Learn the purpose of data processing and whether it is used in accordance with this purpose,

• Know the third parties to whom your data is transferred domestically or abroad,

• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data,

• Request deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of Article 7,

• Request notification of correction, deletion, or destruction to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,

• Object to the emergence of a result against you through exclusively automated processing of your data,

• Request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing of your personal data.
